Deadstock pure wool twill suiting is medium in weight, has a good drape and is soft to touch. The fabric has been woven using blue and black threads. It would be perfect for sewing yourself a pair of trousers, such as, the Harmonie by I AM Patterns or the Pietra by Closet Core Patterns.
