Quilted coating would be perfect for sewing yourself a lightweight jacket or waistcoat, patterns such as the Hovea by Megan Nielsen or the Emmi by Papercut Patterns or the Wildwood Vest by Helen's Closet. This fabric is double sided, each side has the same matte black coloured water resistant polyester fabric. Between the two fabrics is polyester wadding. The two fabrics and wadding have been quilted together using a linear pattern that runs parallel to the selvedge.
