Crepe, Satin & Polyester Dressmaking Fabrics

Crepe fabric is the result of highly twisted yarn which causes a textured pebbly surface. They can be made out of silk, viscose, wool or synthetic fibres.

Polyester fabric is a synthetic man made fabric that is usually derived from petroleum.

Satin fabrics are created using the satin weave which results in a smooth lustrous surface.
