Quilted coating would be perfect for sewing yourself a lightweight jacket or waistcoat, patterns such as the Hovea by Megan Nielsen or the Emmi by Papercut Patterns or the Wildwood Vest by Helen's Closet. This lightweight quilted fabric is double sided, one side is a darker rose pink colour and the other side is a lighter shade. Sandwiched between the two matte water resistant fabrics is wadding. The two fabrics and wadding have been quilted together using a flower shape design in pink thread.
