Viscose twill has a fluid drape and is soft against the skin. It has a petrol blue coloured background and is covered in small black polka dots and an ornate vintage inspired floral and foliage design in oranges and greens. It is ideal for floaty blouses, dresses and skirts, patterns such as the Freedom Dress by Wardrobe By Me or the Wren Blouse by Chalk and Notch.
