Viscose twill has a fluid drape and is soft against the skin. It has a bright blue coloured background and is covered in a pastel floral design that looks like it has painted onto the fabric using watercolours. It is ideal for floaty blouses, dresses and skirts, patterns such as the Freedom Dress by Wardrobe By Me or the Wren Blouse by Chalk and Notch.
