Cotton sateen (or satin) uses finest quality cotton yarns and is woven using a satin weave, this results in a luxurious, silky-smooth texture with a lustrous sheen on one side and a matte back. This fabric features a colourful tropical holiday inspired patchwork design - palm trees, bananas, leopards, parrots and more. It has a moderate drape, and could be used to sew lots of different garments - blouses, shirts, skirts, trousers, jumpsuits, co-ords and more.
