Sequins & Sparkle

Sequin fabrics are fabrics that have small shiny plastic shapes sewn onto or glued onto the garment. Sequins can be sewn onto mesh, organza or tulle, they can also be sewn onto a jersey backing. Sequins can be sewn in one direction, in a pattern or sporadically. 

There are also fabrics that have lurex (type of yarn with metallic appearance) woven into the fabric to give it a glittery look. These fabrics may be woven or knitted.
