Reynolds Woven Top sewing pattern from Style Arc. This relaxed fit top has a ruffle collar, slightly gathered neckline, and split neck opening with optional rouleau ties. The elbow length raglan sleeves are gathered into cuffs. Reynolds has side splits at the hem and is hip length.
