This week, we’ve taken another look at the brand of the moment - Marks & Spencer. We had so many ideas floating around after looking at them last week (check out the blog post here) we thought we would bring you a second edit this week. Lots of sewing inspiration for the upcoming autumn and winter season...
M&S is well known for their trench coats and jackets. We also spotted a few small floral designs in their dresses in the new-in section which we love.
We fell in love with a denim pleated skirt on their website, and thought it would pair beautifully with a polka dot shirt.

We are inspired to sew a jean with a twisted seam, and loved how M&S paired their scarf blouse with them.

Corduroy and needlecord is all over their new-in section, and we are now inspired to use some of our needlecord to make a pinafore. We also spotted lots of satin shirts and we think this would look great underneath a needlecord pinafore.
