Deadstock cotton poplin originally from UK fashion brand Emily and Fin. This high quality cotton poplin has a white background and is covered in fun blue sea themed print design featuring mermaids and sea shells. It has a moderate drape, and would gather and pleat well. It would look fantastic made up into a dress, shirt, blouse or lightweight trousers.
