Stretch velvet has a luxurious handle and slight sheen. It is covered in a beautiful green and purple abstract design that looks like a piece of artwork. It has a great 4 way stretch and recovery making it ideal for sewing yourself a t-shirt, rolled neck top, wrap dress or knit jumpsuit for the party season.
