Viscose blend seersucker is a light cream colour. The elastane has been woven into the fabric to create a shirred effect that runs vertically to the selvedge. It has a beautiful puckered texture making it ideal for statement sleeves. It would be perfect for sewing yourself a blouse or dress, such as, The Cielo by Closet Core Patterns or The Marnie by Tilly and the Buttons.
